“Zata and Zeke now are going everywhere with me”
My german shepard and my samoyed Zeke and zata went to boot camp at rambo Wow They are so good and well behaved that I took them to outback Had dinner with my husband and no matter how many people came over to see them they didnt move unless I said it was ok. I allowed people to pet them and they didnt jump on them anymore My dogs were wild and out of control before Rambo’s boot camp I’ll admit I was very hesitant but it was the best thing I ever did by the way Rambo was the third trainer and the only success I didnt think I could love them anymore then I did but they are so much fun now they come everywhere with me I am the alpha Rambo you guys are the best all my friends and family are in ore of them Thank you so much again Lucille . RAMBO Team is absolutely wonderful in every way. They teach you the skills and techniques needed to have an exceptionally well behaved and confident dog. We brought our rescue German Shepherd to RAMBO and and they never once beat around the bush or tried to sell a service we didn’t need. Yelena taught me what our dog needed, and she expects us to follow through with the daily homework and training at home. In only a few months, our Shepherd has gone from zero confidence and fearful…to, literally, scaling mountains, running through waterfalls and being able to handle herself in any situation she’s in. “Indy does not chase cats anymore”
When we rescued Indy, a five year old female pit bull that had been brutally neglected, we immediately realized we needed help and contacted Yelena and her team. Indy was a sweet girl but she and our ten year old female chihuahua did not experience love at first sight. We had to keep them completely separated. Indy pulled so hard on the leash it was almost impossible to walk her. She had a completely out of control prey drive and was fixated on our outdoor cats. Indy had such a drive to chase cars that it felt like she could pull my arm out of its socket when one passed us. After a week we thought we had made a terrible mistake and taken in a dog we just could not control. Then Yelena and Carrie came into our lives. After a three week board and train we were handed back a completely different dog. She was well trained on the leash, she was capable of ignoring cats and cars alike, and with a muzzle we have been able to start socializing her with our old cranky chihuahua. Initially we were worried about weather training would be hard for her given her history, but she LOVES Yelena and Carrie and really enjoys doing the training work. Indy is now better trained than I am, but Yelena and her team train us humans too. I can not recommend RAMBOTeam strongly enough.
Long story short – they absolutely know what they are doing and will work with you until you know what you’re doing too. Yelena is very communicative and has always been available to answer all questions and concerns. They saved our dog’s life by giving us the tools to know her and work with her to have a happy and harmonious pack! From Jesse Concepcion
“Maggie came home a new and improved version of herself”
Cannot say enough wonderful things about Yelena and Carrie @ Rambo! We recently rescued an adorable( but out of control ) 1 year old chocolate lab named Maggie. We quickly realized that we were not going to be able to handle her and were referred to Yelena. Maggie spent 3 weeks with the team in the advanced board/train program and came home a new and improved version of herself!!
With the help of the training videos given and the lesson the family receives when you pick your dog up, you are given the tools to keep reinforcing everything they have been taught. We first met Yelena and Ramboteam four years ago when we were looking for a German Shepherd as our family pet. Once we decided to add Keela to our family, Yelena became like family to us too. We started taking Keela to puppy training with Yelena and Carrie once a week. We were always greeted with friendly, positive small group environment. Ramboteam not only took the time to train Keela for what would fit our family, but more importantly taught us how to train her. Over the past four years we have learned so much from Ramboteam. Anytime we noticed a new behavior and weren’t sure how to handle it, we would video tape it, send to Yelena, and she would immediately offer advice on how to handle. We also continue to board Keela with Ramboteam when we are going on vacation. Not only do we feel completely comfortable dropping her off, Keela is always happy to go. Overall, I cannot say enough positive things about Ramboteam. Both Yelena and Carrie are professional, highly knowledgeable and easy to work with. “Shelby’s story from puppy to therapy dog”
I was referred to Rambo Team through our vet back in August shortly after we got our Neapolitan Mastiff Shelby. Given that our little puppy was going to grow into such a large family member we wanted to make sure that she would be very well behaved! After just my first phone conversation with Yelena I was confident that we found the right person to take us through this journey. Yelena and Carrie are both extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to training and understanding a dog’s behavior. You can tell that they both truly care for each of the dogs and all of the families! Yelena is always available to answer questions and address any concerns or difficulties we may be having. Yelena and Carrie also continue to make classes challenging and intriguing so that we are all learning and advancing. If our pup is struggling with something then they are able to help us work through it so that we can be successful. It’s really amazing to see the progress that Shelby has made in the 5 months that we have been going to Rambo Team. It’s very rewarding when we are out in public and strangers compliment us on how well behaved our puppy is.
We have also taken advantage of Rambo Team’s dog boarding services which have been a huge convenience to our family. While they have Shelby for boarding they also train her a few hours each day and teach her several new exercises each time! Yelena then shares the training videos with me so that I can continue to work on those same exercises at home with Shelby. Every time we get Shelby back it is amazing to see how much progress Yelena and Carrie have made with her in the short amount of time they had her. It’s such a relief to know when you are out of town that your pup is with someone who loves her as much as you.
I know if it wasn’t for the guidance of Yelena and Carrie that our 100 pound puppy certainly would not be as well mannered as she is today. I couldn’t imagine taking Shelby anywhere else and highly recommend Rambo Team!!! From Michaelene Whyte
“Oliver and Henry are two perfect gentlemen now”
I was referred to Yelena by my vet’s office and with 2 new puppies on my hands I made an appointment immediately and I haven’t looked back since!!! Me and my boys, Oliver and Henry, met with Yelena for the first time at her house about 3 years ago. My little guys were a tiny 10 weeks old and approx 6 lbs. She had them sitting within moments and we all fell in love with her. Yelena and her entire team are amazing!! Extremely knowledgable and always there to give you advice (trust me there were many text questions???) They truly care about you and your animals and their wellbeing. “Ramsey has opened up a world to me”
After medically retiring out of the Army a couple months ago I found myself a little lost and depressed. Not only did I have physical and mental health issues. I just didn’t have any type of schedule. Yelena donated a dog to me since she wanted to donate to a wounded soldier and i ended up fitting the bill. I ended up training with Team Rambo for about a week. I never met anyone as knowledgeable about Dogs. My dog Ramsey was already like hyper trained by Team Rambo. My new service dog has been complemented so many times by random people and numerous restaurant staff for how disciplined and well trained he was. Ramsey has been trained to help with my balance and he picks up things I have dropped on the floor. Ramsey has opened up a world to me I thought I lost because he can make up for my short comings with the Amazing training Team Rambo provided! – From Tyler Smith
